Out-of-office message is feature provided by e-mail clients enabling users to have e-mail automatically responded to when out of the office. This feature works irrespective of computer is ON or OFF. This guide provides set to enable this feature in Lotus Notes
Configuration
1. Open your mail database / Inbox. Use list of email’s you find tools menu. Refer below fig. Click on tools -> Out of office.
2. Here just fill up dates between which you want this feature to remain active and click on enable.
This feature is enabled and running. You can enter you custom message under Out of office message tab.
