Excel allows user to move or copy worksheet from one excel worksheet to another excel worksheet. This is an inbuilt option of Excel and required no special setting.
Move Excel sheet from one file to another excel file
- Open both existing and destination worksheet.
- In sheet which you want to copy or move to another worksheet, right click on name of sheet. ( Refer below image)
- Select Move or Copy. In Move or Copy window select tick option of Copy. Select the destination workbook in To Book. Click on OK.
The sheet will be copies or moved as per selection made.
- You can copy multiple sheet by selecting sheets with shift key pressed.
